1.請問您的外接式硬碟盒廠牌型號為何 ->【Transcend 創見】StoreJet 25M3 1TB USB3.1 2.5吋 軍規防震行動硬碟(25M3)
2) 外接式硬碟盒的控制晶片為何 >不知如何看,煩請指點
3) 請您交叉測試不同的USB port > 4個port都無效
4) 請交叉測試其他外接式硬碟盒 >無效 , 連 boot option都看不到usb-hdd名稱 ,手頭上外接硬碟有4個,分別以noname網站的pe寫入, 在去年以前之購機 MD-640MB ,MD-590, MD-580都可以 uefi boot !! 本障礙懷疑是bios 或主機板造成,貴公司若有 外接式硬碟 也可以自行測試, 看你們的外接式硬碟在p1448f boot menu 是否可見型號!!
ps. esc + power 鍵 進入 boot menu 也不是很順, 有時直接開進開機畫面
ps. 外接式硬碟盒的控制晶片於 Mon, 22 Jun 2020 08:11:05 回信給客服 如下
一共提供4款,以虛線隔開, 這 些都可以在去年(含MD-640MB 桌機)以UEFI 啟動

實測P1448FA以隨身硬碟開機OK，建議排除方向： 更新BIOS、Secure Boot Control [Disable]、Fast Boot [Disable]、將硬碟開機磁區格式化為FAT32。

您好:
P1448FA 更新BIOS為310、Secure Boot Control [Disable]、Fast Boot [Disable]、硬碟開機磁區格式化為FAT32。
以隨身硬碟開機仍然失敗,
1.esc 長按+power ,在開機選單不見 usb-hdd
2.進windows--設定 ---------復原----進階啟動----立即重新啟動---> 在開機選單可見 usb-hdd, 但卻無法boot PE ,直接進系統
3.usb-hdd 可在108年底以前之PC 以UEFI 啟動(如ASUS MD-640MB)

您好:
經查, P2448U 這款2017出貨之NB 也是相同情況, 不知貴公司 NB 與桌機 BIOS 之設計是否有差異或精簡?
不然怎會在 桌機 BOOT之 USB-HDD (UEFI MODE) 卻無法在 NB 下執行, 煩請查明, 若需要, 可以借 USB-HDD 給貴公司印證!!
